Self-Generating Closer - High-Earning Sales Role with Fast-Track to Leadership Company: Vinyl Guys Inc. We are rapidly expanding and seeking a Self-Generating Closer who is ready to take control of their success. This role offers a clear path to leadership , allowing you to start as a closer for your own deals and quickly advance to closing company-generated leads. Your Opportunity: This role is for highly motivated and experienced sales professionals who excel at closing deals and generating their own leads. You will start by knocking on doors to source your own sales , but as soon as you: Have more than 5 self-generated closed agreements Maintain at least a 50% close rate on qualified appointments You will transition into a full-time closer role , receiving company-set, qualified appointments while continuing to grow your income and career. What You 'll Do: * Knock on doors daily to generate your own leads and close deals. * Close high-value sales by building trust and educating homeowners on energy-efficient window solutions. * Develop your sales skills through training and real-world experience to consistently improve your closing rate. * Earn a leadership position by proving your ability to self-generate deals and maintain a high close rate. * Transition into a closer role where you close company-generated appointments. * Mentor and support sales setters as you move into leadership. What We 're Looking For: * Experienced Sales Professionals: Previous door-to-door sales experience is strongly preferred. * Proven Closer: Ability to close at least 50% of qualified leads. * Self-Starter Mentality: You thrive in a commission-based role and know how to generate your own success. * Growth-Oriented Mindset: You're excited about transitioning into a closer role as you meet performance benchmarks. * Team Player & Leader: Willingness to help train and mentor new appointment setters as you advance.
