Job Overview As a Senior Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating and managing sales leads, building relationships with customers, and promoting products or services to drive business growth. You will also be responsible for being a leader for the sales team by showing great teamwork and leadership. TC Staffing specializes in Light Industrial/Office staffing You MUST have staffing Sales experience to be considered * Located in Tolleson, AZ Please note: This is OUTSIDE Sales ; the majority of your day will be going to warehouse and office settings to generate accounts We do REQUIRE that you have experience and knowledge in the sales field of staffing light industrial warehouse and office positions. Pay range based on your experience 85k-95k Plus, % of gross margin sales split weekly as well as competitive bonus structure. One time bonus for billable hours in a week! 1,000 billable hours in one week, one time bonus= $1500 2,000 billable hours in one week, one time bonus= $2000 3,000 billable hours in one week, one time bonus= $3,000 4,000 billable hours in one week, one time bonus= $5,000 We have one of the most aggressive uncapped commission plans in the industry with OTE Office hours are M-F 7:30 am to 4:00/4:30 pm NO weekends Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As Senior Outside Sales Representative in the STAFFING industry , you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and has a passion for sales. Responsibilities: will include but not limited to - Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored solutions - Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve sales targets - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions - Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities Skills: - Proven track record in sales, outside B2B for Staffing - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals - Excellent analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions - Exceptional customer service skills to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines - Previous experience in OUTSIDE Sales Must be used to being in the field most of your day Must have your own car and a valid driver's license along with insurance coverage Join our dynamic team as an Outside Senior Sales Representative and take your career to the next level.
