Overview AurCore Technology Inc., a world class IT networking switches brand owner, are seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in USA and Canada. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our product solutions and client needs, providing expert guidance and support throughout the sales process. Your ability to understand customer requirements and demonstrate our products will be crucial in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities * Collaborate with the product team to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. * Provide technical expertise during pre-sales discussions, addressing any questions or concerns from potential clients. * Assist in the development of proposals and presentations that align with client requirements. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies. * Support customers pre-sale by providing training and discovery assistance as needed. * Conduct Webinar and digital training for the Channel partners and/or end users. * Work closely with product teams to relay customer feedback for product improvements. * Generate a potential list within territory and prospect into individual targeted client. * Maintain and manage assigned Value Added Resellers (System Integrators) accounts. * Identify potential project and manage the potential project pipeline. * Generate weekly progress report for the management to review. * Any other sales related task. Qualifications * Strong understanding of IT networking concepts and technologies. * Good understanding of the Enterprise IT Networking switches is preferred. * Experience (5 Years+) in the Distribution Channel of IT Networking is required. * Previous experience in technical sales or pre-sales roles is highly desirable. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences. * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.
