We are currently seeking a dynamic Acquisitions Agent to join our team in Ft. Lauderdale. Job Description: As an Acquisitions Agent, you will play a critical role in our real estate investment process. You will be responsible for managing leads, making calls, meeting with sellers, and negotiating property deals. This position requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for real estate. You will work from our Ft. Lauderdale office, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and nurture leads from our real estate investment company. * Conduct a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to sellers, agents, and buyers, ensuring consistent follow-up. * Research, analyze, and perform due diligence on potential property acquisitions. * Meet with property sellers, build rapport, overcome objections, and secure signed contracts. * Establish and maintain relationships with real estate agents. * Prepare and send offers, handle acquisition paperwork, and negotiate deals. * Efficiently manage leads and communication within our CRM system, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date. * Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals and follow up on necessary actions. Requirements: * Fluent in English (mandatory); Spanish proficiency is highly preferred. * Proven experience in sales. * Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills (oral, written, and listening). * Proficiency with computers, the Internet, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications. * Strong work ethic with a positive attitude; does not make excuses or complain. * Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and automobile insurance.
