We are currently seeking a dynamic Acquisitions Agent to join our team in Ft. Lauderdale.

Job Description

: As an Acquisitions Agent, you will play a critical role in our real estate investment process. You will be responsible for managing leads, making calls, meeting with sellers, and negotiating property deals. This position requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for real estate. You will work from our Ft. Lauderdale office, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Manage and nurture leads from our real estate investment company.
• Conduct a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to sellers, agents, and buyers, ensuring consistent follow-up.
• Research, analyze, and perform due diligence on potential property acquisitions.
• Meet with property sellers, build rapport, overcome objections, and secure signed contracts.
• Establish and maintain relationships with real estate agents.
• Prepare and send offers, handle acquisition paperwork, and negotiate deals.
• Efficiently manage leads and communication within our CRM system, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals and follow up on necessary actions.

Requirements

:

• Fluent in English (mandatory); Spanish proficiency is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in sales.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills (oral, written, and listening).
• Proficiency with computers, the Internet, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude; does not make excuses or complain.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and automobile insurance.
