Responsibilities * Complete graduation requirements from PLACE Launch * Regularly use PLACE lead generation systems to call prospective buyers * Analyze buyer preferences and requirements and sign buyer agreements * Act as a mediator between buyers and sellers and negotiate offers * Record and track tasks and activities on PLACE Technology * Host eight open houses per month * Utilize lead generation systems to book appointments * Practice sales scripting daily following team standards * Participate in team activities as directed * Attend mandatory weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls * Advise sellers on pricing strategies, staging, and other aspects of listings * Promote and market homes to buyers Qualifications Are you interested in advancing your career in Real Estate?
