Summary of Key Responsibilities * Have a genuine, sincere desire and interest in helping others. * Deliver outstanding, professional and efficient service by determining and fulfilling customers needs. * Demonstrate honesty, integrity and knowledge that promotes the values, culture and mission of George's Music. * Work independently and as part of a team to deliver a high level of service to our customers. * Communicate positively, confidently and clearly with customers and teammates. * Meet determined performance goals and objectives. * Balance multiple priorities, answering incoming calls and properly maintaining the store relating to stock, merchandising and appearance. * Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
