Real Estate Sales & Acquisitions / Dispositions Agent -- (South Florida & Central Florida) About: We are a premier Real Estate Investment firm actively buying and selling properties throughout Florida. • This is a 100% commission-based position. There is no salary or hourly wage -- your income is based entirely on performance.
• Outbound calls to potential customers via our calling and texting platform. We'll provide the scripts, systems, and training you need to succeed.
• Once you prove yourself through performance and consistency , will begin covering your marketing expenses , giving you more tools to scale your success.

• Work directly with sellers to negotiate the purchase of investment properties
• Ideal for licensed agents or highly motivated individuals working toward licensure
• Strong phone skills and persistence required
• Full-time | 10 AM - 6 PM | Remote and in-office hybrid Dispositions Agent (1 position)
• Work with investors to sell our portfolio of investment properties
• Must be licensed or in the process of getting licensed
• Experience working with investors and structuring deals is preferred
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills required
• Full-time | 10 AM - 6 PM Locations:
