Overview Prospection Solutions is an industry leader in high-speed, low density, foreign material detection inspection technology and Package Inspection Technology. Our advanced automated systems can identify, remove and clean your products, increasing safety and quality. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth through technical expertise and relationship-building with clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, project management, and a thorough understanding of various technologies including Xray Technology, Industrial Vision Systems, and End of Line Automation. You will be responsible for delivering product demonstrations, managing pre-sales activities, and analyzing customer needs to provide tailored solutions. Duties * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients. * Collaborate with the engineering team to understand product capabilities and limitations. * Manage pre-sales activities including proposal development and customer presentations. * Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. * Provide training and support to clients post-sale to ensure successful implementation of products. * Oversee project management tasks related to client onboarding and product deployment. Experience * Proven experience in technical sales or a related field, with a strong understanding of Capital Equipment Sales in the Food Processing Industry. * Familiarity with Xray Technology and Industrial Vision Systems. * Demonstrated ability in project management, ensuring timely delivery of solutions. * Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs effectively. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly. * Experience in conducting product demos and engaging with technical audiences.
