Job Summary Establish commonality and build rapport with current owners. Articulate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations. Demonstrate a positive attitude within a high-energy environment. How You'll Shine: * Establish commonality and build rapport with owners * Pitch the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations as a VIP owner * Upgrade current owner accounts * Provide information and knowledge of Wyndham Destinations product * Analyze current owner's vacation package * Close the deal by utilizing proper closing techniques (average transaction $30-35K) * Attend daily/monthly/quarterly sales meetings and/or trainings What You'll Bring: * Must have sales experience (car sales, cellular sales, commission-based sales, vacation sales, insurance sales, real estate, bartending, serving, solar sales, etc.) * 3+ years sales experience preferred * Proven ability to handle common objections and rejection * Must be commission driven and money motivated * Positive, upbeat and professional attitude required * High School or equivalent required, College Degree in related field preferred Training requirements * Initial Paid Training, covering our sales process, product knowledge, and the psychology of the sale. Knowledge and skills * Needs to be able to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle. Must be energetic, outgoing and tenacious.
