Position Overview: As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with policy inquiries, claims assistance, and general auto insurance-related questions. You will leverage your expertise in auto insurance to provide clear, accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding auto insurance inquiries. * Provide quotes, answer questions about policies, coverage options, and premiums. * Assist with policy changes, renewals, and cancellations. * Guide customers through the claims process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. * Resolve customer concerns efficiently, with a focus on creating positive experiences. * Document customer interactions and update account details in the system. * Stay current with product offerings, industry regulations, and compliance standards. * Support team members and collaborate to achieve department goals. * Maintain a professional and positive demeanor w ith every customer interaction. Qualifications: * Active P&C License is required. * Previous customer service experience in the insurance industry is preferred. * Strong understanding of insurance products, coverage types, and claims processes. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to handle difficult customer situations with patience and professionalism. * Detail-oriented and organized, with strong multitasking abilities. * Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
