About the Role: We're looking for a highly organized and solutions-driven Transaction Coordinator & Client Success Manager. This is a vital role that ensures a seamless transaction process from contract to close while supporting our clients with professionalism, care, and proactive problem-solving. You'll work directly with sellers, buyers, title companies, attorneys, and internal team members to clear title issues, coordinate closings, and manage documentation throughout the lifecycle of the transaction. This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously--often under tight timelines. Responsibilities: Client Success & Communication * Serve as the main point of contact for sellers and title companies throughout the transaction, providing clear, timely, and proactive communication * Coordinate closely with sellers, buyers, lenders, agents, attorneys, and title companies to ensure all parties stay aligned from contract to closing * Maintain a client service experience through thoughtful and thorough follow-ups, status updates, and problem-solving Transaction Management * Manage the full contract lifecycle--from purchase agreement execution to post-closing documentation * Order title searches, payoffs, HOA statements, death certificates, and all documents required to meet title commitment requirements * Review and analyze title commitments to identify ownership issues, defects, heirships, liens, and encumbrances * Resolve title defects and coordinate the curative process with the seller and title company, including the preparation and execution of legal documents * Oversee timelines and contingencies to ensure smooth progression toward closing * Conduct due diligence and prepare curative documents Candidate Qualities: * Experience as paralegal or title escrow team member with knowledge of Texas real estate and property law * Strong negotiation and communication skills * Highly organized with strong research skills and attention to detail * Ability to make complex, time-sensitive decisions with a focus on continuous improvement * Proficiency Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite Reach out to join our team!
