Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Real Estate Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of real estate law, market trends, and agent attraction and retention. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate agents and staff.

Duties

• Be a leader in the community, and bring our company and it's image to community events.
• Recruit experienced agents and develop new agents.

• Host events and trainings with vendor partners weekly.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in real estate law. Experience
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to enhance client communication.
