You will provide excellent customer service to our patrons, engage appropriately, and present vehicles to them in an efficient and professional manner. Benefits: * Employee discount * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Vision insurance * 401(k) * 401(k) matching Requirements: Responsibilities: * Present, test drive, and provide vehicles to our clientele * Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships * Quickly and efficiently respond and reach out to previous buyers and existing prospects * Meet monthly sales objectives with the assistance of management * Continuously improve through feedback Skills: * A strong focus on sales-based motivations and skills * Experience in preowned sales a plus, but not mandatory * Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer programs * Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales * Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills * Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Schedule: Monday to Friday; Weekend Availability Morning, Day, and Evening 8-hour Shifts
