JOB OPPORTUNITY: MARKETING/TRANSACTION COORDINATOR, REAL ESTATE OFFICE Busy real estate office is looking for an energetic person who is organized, meticulous, efficient, professional and takes pride in their personal appearance. Marketing and Business Development * Graphic design for creating ads for print and online marketing, designing flyers and post cards * Create Buyer and Seller packages * Coordinate and prepare listing and open house flyers, graphics, signage, and all other marketing materials * Manage and update office and/or agent websites, blogs, and online listings * Manage social media presence * Track online business sources/statistics * Help coordinate client and vendor appreciation events * Coordinate and implement agent marketing videos and property videos online and database campaigns * Other marketing duties as needed Transaction Coordinator * Create and manage systems for Sellers, Buyers, client database management, lead generation tracking, lead generation follow-up * Learn the client process from pre-listing to contract to close * Organize listing materials as needed: pre-listing presentation, Listing Agreement, Seller's Disclosures, comparable market analysis, property profiles, research listings, etc. * Coordinate with Realtors and Sellers as needed for home photos, staging, inspections, repairs, cleaning, signage, lockbox/access requirements and all marketing activities. * Arrange documents for signatures and review for accuracy * Track file documentation for file audit compliance * Organize showings and obtain feedback * Enter property listing information into the MLS and websites * Schedule 30-, 90- and 120-Day client customer service follow up to assist with any home improvement recommendations and to ask for referrals. Ideal Skills and Experience (Please apply even if you do not have ALL skills achieved) * Microsoft Office and Google Chrome (required) * Customer Relationship Management database * Real Estate Experience (or financial, mortgage or insurance industries) * Ability to create social media using Meta Business Suite for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google * Canva, Adobe and other marketing platforms * Ability to shoot and edit videos for social media posting (Reels and YouTube) * Good eye for layout/design of graphics and marketing This position is anticipated as an hourly position, 20 to 25 hours per week, negotiable rate based on experience and training; however, there may be flexibility in scheduling depending on employee experience and workload.
