We help our agents hit the ground running by providing company-generated, high-quality leads alongside a proven training and onboarding program. Our program focuses on teaching the mindset, skills, and habits required to thrive in real estate--and then layers in the tools, systems, and marketing support to accelerate your growth. Many of our agents earn between $100k-$250k annually, and we're looking for driven sales professionals who want to grow with us and make a meaningful impact in the Charleston community. We provide everything to help you go to that next level. * Real Estate and Performance Coaching * 30+ pre-qualified leads/month for new agents * Marketing Support * Personalized Agent Branding * High Vibe Culture That Breeds Success We believe in our systems and training so much that we guarantee new agents will close their first deal in 90 days or less. We are looking for someone that * Prospects for, follows up with, presents to, and services buyers and sellers. This results in effective conversion rates for leads into appointments, appointments into buyer and listing agreements, and agreements into accepted purchase contracts. * Develops expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, the neighborhoods, schools, and all issues regarding home ownership. * Provides high-level fiduciary needs analysis and coordinates a time-efficient home search & home sale process. * Consults with clients to ensure fiduciary service of Real Estate transactions from initial contact through contract to close. (Coordinates with the Transaction Coordinator). * Effectively negotiates for all buyer and seller clients. Responsibilities * Prospect for Buyers and Sellers * Convert incoming leads * Sell and hold Buyer and Seller consulting appointments * Analyze the Buyer's and Seller's needs and goals Qualifications * High school graduate * Real Estate License (if you do not have your license yet, you may still apply.
