What You'll Do: * Execute aggressive growth strategies to drive referrals and expand our footprint in private duty home care and telehealth across Lee and Collier Counties. * Build and nurture partnerships with physician practices, home health agencies, hospitals, and other key healthcare stakeholders. * Identify new business opportunities, close high-impact deals, and consistently smash targets. * Represent Visiting Angels and Avery Telehealth with confidence and professionalism at industry events and community engagements. * Educate referral sources on our private pay models and innovative telehealth solutions using persuasive, real-world insights. What We 're Looking For: * A networked professional with a strong book of business and the ability to generate referrals from day one. * A proven track record in sales, business development, or marketing--ideally in home care, healthcare, or a related field. * A confident communicator with the ability to influence, negotiate, and close. * A self-starter with the strategic mindset to build a territory and the hustle to get it done. * Comfortable with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales performance tools.
