Our company is structured in a way that we are looking to provide a career and growth opportunity to dedicated and motivated employees. *PLEASE READ Today we are looking for the following position PART TIME or FULL TIME: office assistant. 1-3 years experience in a work environment. Must not be afraid to multitask and to handle heavy office work. Must be computer literate and familiar with multiple computer office programs. DUTIES: Customer Service - answering phones, greeting clients. Administrative - office mail, emails, logging, filling, DMV filling, data entry, and small projects. Billing: tracking work hours. Required education: High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree. Language: English, (Spanish, French or German is a plus) Must have a valid Driver's License.
