Job Summary

We are seeking only 3 more motivated Sales professionals to join our team in the Home Improvement Industry (high ticket sales). _You work your own schedule & get to pick any area in SWFL to work in. _ What we offer is ACs, Ducts, Insulation, Impact Windows/Doors, Roofs, Solar, Blinds, Shades, Home Additions, Custom New Construction, & MORE!

• No product knowledge required.
• 1 week Training, 4 Hours a day Monday - Friday. For customers we offer:

The ideal candidate will have a background in sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through canvassing, networking, online lead generation and referrals.
• Use CRM/Project management tools.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or related fields such as retail sales or outside sales.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to effectively negotiate and close deals while maintaining professionalism.
• Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must have reliable transportation. Commission based pay:
• $500 - $1000 for HVAC
