Overview

Are you looking to have a career in real estate? Are you unsure of how to get started and where to go to make this happen? We developed a training program that teaches individuals how to be successful in real estate. We created a step by step program that provides the structure, knowledge and roadmap to make real estate a long term career. The program consists of 3 phases: Leasing-Broker School-Residential Sales. We start everyone in leasing regardless of experience to provide the foundation skillset required for all areas of real estate. Once this phase is mastered and requirements are met we then sponsor this person and put them into our internal accredited broker school. Upon completing the course and passing the real estate license exam we then transition this person into our residential sales program. In this phase we provide the step by step structure to be successful as a real estate broker.
