Responsibilities

:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements

:

• Candidate must be P &C licensed in the state of NY
• Must be skilled in using computer programs {Hawksoft system} and must be very comfortable with using any and all types of technology (Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, etc)
• Pleasant personality and dependable
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Good customer service skills with a sincere desire to help people
• People-oriented organized and be able to work independently as well as with the team.
• Ability to multi-task Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
