Salary: $13.00 per year * Benefits Hourly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Evenings Off * Responsibilities Outbound Calls: Make proactive calls to potential clients to introduce our insurance products and services.Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads to pass on to our sales representatives for further follow-up.Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments for our sales team with interested prospects.CRM Management: Accurately record all lead information and interactions in our CRM system.Client Follow-up: Maintain regular communication with potential clients to nurture relationships and provide ongoing support.
