We are in search of an Outside Sales Representative to focus on both new customer development and current account management for the states of Colorado, Wyoming, western Kansas, and southwestern Nebraska. Capri Optics offers collections designed to compete and win within the value segment of our industry. DiCaprio beautifully appointed product consisting of runway favorites, Flexure very durablememory titanium, Simplylite light weight 3-pc rimless, Grande focuses on living big looking great, 4U & Peachtree award winning entry level metals & plastics delivering on quality & price, Trendy over-constructed designs aimed at children and Millennial hip-and fun TR-90 design concepts. We are in need someone who can communicate this multi faceted message. Sales candidates need to be energetic, organized, goal oriented, self-motivated, and always willing to learn. An organized liaison and management team will be at your disposal on a daily basis, as will physical product samples - it is our goal for you to succeed! You will be selling our optical and sunwear collections at wholesale cost to retailers (i.e. optical shops, specialty clothing stores, etc.). You will be face to face with customers and prospects daily, therefore an energetic and vibrant personality is a must. As ESE & Capri outside sales consultants, you will work independently on a day to day basis, having the opportunity to create, build and maintain your own clientele within our companies diverse landscape. It is highly preferable that you have optical industry and sales experience. Fashion and jewelry experience is also a plus. Salary is base + commission. Please inquire for more details. Responsibilities and Duties - A desire to learn and improve - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Comfort and ability in selling from physical samples - Comfort and confidence in cold calling - Be able to think on your feet - Understand the importance of listening - Must own a car and possess a valid Driver's License as your position is an outside sales representative - You will be carrying physical product samples and will be expected to be able to fit them in your vehicle. - Develop and maintain positive relationships - You are selling fashion for people's faces - having some sense of fashion will come in handy. - Be willing to take instruction from your sales manager and learn from their experience.
