Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Internet Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing online sales inquiries, engaging with potential customers, and driving sales through effective communication and follow-up strategies. Responsibilities * Respond promptly to online inquiries regarding vehicle availability, pricing, and features. * Conduct outbound sales calls to follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales. * Manage dealership inventory by ensuring accurate listings and timely updates on the website. * Utilize effective phone etiquette to build rapport with customers and address their needs. * Maintain organized records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for maximizing online sales opportunities. * Assist in inventory control by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with management on restocking needs. * Apply retail math skills to analyze sales data and track performance metrics.
