Compensation: $100,000 at plan commission Responsibilities: * Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience * Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline * Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes * "Always be consulting" by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers * Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home * Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties * Build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues * Stay updated on local market trends to provide top-notch advice * Market and promote listings effectively to attract potential buyers Qualifications: * Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills * Technology driven * Show good organizational and time management skills * Past sales experience is preferred * Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth * A licensed real estate agent in Texas (or working toward licensure). * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset. * A passion for helping clients achieve their real estate dreams. * Experience is preferred but not required--we value your potential!
