Sales & Accounting Support Coordinator F&B Industry (in office) SCI, developer of the FOOD-TRAK Food and Beverage Management System, a 45-year industry leader in innovation provides inventory management, procurement automation, and culinary control software to clubs, resorts, hotels, casinos, convention centers, sports venues, hospitals, grocery stores and other complex food service organizations. Sales & Accounting Coordinator tasks will include: * Answer all incoming calls to the company's main number and handle accordingly * Create proposals in Publisher, quotes in CRM and invoices in Solomon for new and existing clients using the information provided by the assigned sales person * Coordinate and attend weekly sales meeting including preparing the agenda and reports, and taking minutes * Manage receivable documents, create service orders etc.. * Manage the departmental calendar for meetings, trade show deadlines, and marketing campaigns * Handle the logistical arrangements for trade shows * Assemble training and trade show materials * Email marketing materials to prospects and existing clients via CRM and Constant Contact, and collect data points to use for analysis when future campaigns are developed - both pre- and post-campaign work utilize Excel spreadsheets * Handle miscellaneous research and other projects as needed, including proof-reading of client-facing documents Given the variety of work to be performed, the ideal candidate has the following skills and work experience: * High proficiency with computers and with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook * Familiarity with contact management software, Microsoft Dynamics CRM , and Constant Contact * Good writing, proof-reading, and basic math skills * Customer service * Office administration Additional qualifications: * Proficiency with popular social networking software (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) * Interest in working with the marketing team to develop concepts and content * College degree * Bi-lingual (Spanish-speaking) a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: * Health insurance * Health savings account * Paid time off * Retirement plan Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * No weekends Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Scottsdale, AZ 85258 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Scottsdale, AZ 85258: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
