Summary Description Are you passionate about real estate and eager to make a significant impact in the field? We are seeking a motivated and energetic Real Estate Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage property listings, conduct thorough market analyses, and assist clients in finding their perfect homes. Your expertise will be essential in navigating clients through the complexities of buying and selling, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience. If you have keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong drive to succeed, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities * Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program * Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding suitable homes * Deliver comprehensive written feedback to help clients refine their search criteria * Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients * Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to lead generation activities * Engage in weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team standards * Participate in team events and activities as per team guidelines * Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls * Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology * A valid real estate license is required Qualifications You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
