Fast growing law firm is seeking a driven, bilingual Sales Team Leader to join our team and lead our client-facing sales efforts. Position Overview This is a newly created leadership role ideal for someone with a strong sales background, experience managing teams, and a passion for helping others. The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of 5 sales professionals, providing coaching and training, attending all client meetings, and taking the lead on closing sales. You'll be on the front lines of our client engagement--ensuring every potential client receives outstanding service and support during their decision-making process. You will also travel frequently to meet clients, attend events, and represent the firm in key meetings. Key Responsibilities * Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 5 sales professionals * Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets * Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members * Attend all client meetings and consultations * Act as the lead closer in all client sales opportunities * Collaborate closely with attorneys and legal team to ensure seamless on boarding of new clients * Travel as needed for client meetings, community events, and firm representation (approximately 30-40% travel) * Track team performance and report on sales metrics to the Managing Attorney * Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and client service at all times Qualifications * Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) * 2-3 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in a service-based industry * Proven ability to train, manage, and inspire a small team * Strong closing skills and a client-focused mindset * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Comfortable with regular travel and in-person client meetings * Previous experience working in or around immigration law or legal services is a plus, but not required * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and digital communication platforms Why Join Us?
