Elmer's Home Services is on the hunt for an ambitious and self-motivated person to join us as our new full-time Plumbing Sales Technician! Our San Antonio, TX team needs a go-getter who can complete quality plumbing services while generating additional sales. This role comes with a salary of $100,000+ per year and terrific benefits such as generous employer contributions on medical, dental, and vision, as well as PTO and a 401(k). To this day, we strive to make a difference in our community by showing up and offering endless support for numerous organizations and charitable events throughout San Antonio. * INS AND OUTS OF THIS PLUMBING SALES TECHNICIAN ROLE As our Plumbing Sales Technician, you build a rapport with customers while completing hands-on plumbing services. You troubleshoot and repair a wide range of issues, getting the system and all related components back in working order. As you work, you look out for opportunities to sell the client new equipment or system upgrades. You explain the benefits of these additional products to the customer and encourage them to approve the sale. Would you be a good fit?
