Description: Job Summary ProForce Pest Control is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in generating sales in a fast-paced environment. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities * Prospect for and qualify new customers * Develop and maintain relationships with customers * Negotiate and close sales * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices * Convert incoming calls into new recurring customer agreements * Cross sell to current customers Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in inside sales or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered) * Proven track record of success in generating sales * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Compensation * Uncapped commission on sales starting at 16% * Hourly plus commission * Team Performance incentives * Benefits package Requirements: Qualifications 2+ years of experience in inside sales or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered) Proven track record of success in generating sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
