Job Overview We are searching for a diligent real estate transaction coordinator to join our well-established real estate team. Duties * Manage all aspects of real estate transactions process from sales and purchase agreements to closing transactions. * Work closely with real estate agents, lenders, title and escrow officers and other transaction coordinators to ensure a smooth transaction. * Ensure all transactions comply with legal and financial requirements * Maintain accurate and compliant files for all transactions. * Understand the contracts and summarize important terms, conditions, and closing dates. * Provide regular updates to clients, agents, lenders and other parties involved. Experience * Proven work experience as a real estate transaction coordinator. * Knowledge of real estate industry and transaction process. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Proficiency in real estate software and MS office. * California Real Estate License. * Transaction Coordinator Certification or willingness to obtain one.
