Summary: An individual with excellent written and verbal communications skills. You must be able to work in an active environment with the ability to multi-task. A history of customer service and a friendly manner are also required. Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Responsibilities * Field phone calls from customers and document issues in CRM system * Order product as needed * Confirm all service agreements are uploaded and orders are placed * Track services for completion and quality check * Follow up that product is ordered immediately and correctly for project * Contact customers periodically to update on material orders and expected start date * Schedule all services and Caps and Covers * Work with reputation person on positive feedback from customers * Track the processing of all Return Merchandise Authorization * Work with Service Tech each morning, collect paperwork from day before * Experience with computers SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES N/A Qualifications: PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
