Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Route Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a designated route, delivering products to customers, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and maintaining strong relationships with clients while effectively managing inventory and maximizing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive a commercial vehicle along a designated route to deliver products to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
• Conduct sales presentations to upsell products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory levels on the truck and ensure accurate product delivery.
• Utilize math skills to calculate prices, manage transactions, and handle cash effectively.
• Organize daily routes efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
• Ability to drive commercial vehicles; valid driver's license required.
• Familiarity with route driving and logistics is a plus.
• Basic math skills for pricing calculations and transaction handling.
