We are not your typical insurance company. We are a new commercial auto insurance startup rewriting the rulebook for how fleets are insured--and protected--across the U.S. While most startups are still drawing on whiteboards, we're already generating revenue and working directly with fleet operators to shape the future of highway safety, risk financing, and operational performance. Now we need a Sales Operations Leader to help us scale. What You 'll Do: * Take full operational ownership of our sales function--from onboarding new fleets to maintaining seamless broker & client communication. * Implement and optimize sales processes and pipeline strategies, working alongside leadership to drive measurable revenue growth. * Act as a bridge between underwriting, tech, compliance, and sales, creating scalable infrastructure and automating what others overlook. * Experiment with unconventional yet ethical go-to-market strategies that improve safety and reduce litigation for our clients. * Be the glue and the gasoline: hold things together while accelerating growth. What You Bring: * 5+ years in commercial insurance (carrier or MGA, bonus for transportation or P&C). * A background in operations or sales strategy--especially in environments where you had to wear multiple hats and build while flying. * A deeply embedded sense of personal accountability, combined with an eye for systems, details, and margins. * Comfort with ambiguity and the startup grind. * A creative brain that respects structure, data, and doing right by the client. * (Bonus) Experience working with telematics, safety programs, or FMCSA compliance.
