We are seeking a Pawn Sales Associate to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities

:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Intake items from customers for Pawn purposes
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in sales or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills for purchasing and selling
• Strong Math Skills expected
• Must be Self-Motivated
• Computer savvy
• Deadline and detail-oriented is a must
• Must be able to pass a background check Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $14.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
