Location: Boise, ID (in-person only) Job Type: Part-Time (3-4 days/week, 8-hour shifts) Pay: $12/hour + $30 per closed sale + Bonus Opportunities ($100-$200/month)About Us: We're a growing dog training company on a mission to not only transform dogs-- but also the lives of their owners. What You 'll Be Doing: You'll be the first point of contact for new customers and the guide through their journey--from first call all the way to dropping their dog off for training. * Handle inbound leads (no cold calling) * Follow a proven sales script that uncovers pain points and connects to our program * Book consultations and coordinate scheduling * Manage intake paperwork, vaccine records, and communication * Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email * Cross-promote related services (like Poop 911) * Help out with customer service during downtime * Conduct weekly outreach to 2 local pet businesses (drop off flyers, build relationships) Pay & Performance Structure: * $12/hour base pay * $30 per closed sale * Monthly bonus of $100 -$200 for hitting performance goals * Typical reps can earn $18 -$23/hour equivalent with commission + bonus What We 're Looking For: * Great phone presence with empathy and confidence * Strong communicator (verbal + written) * Organized and detail-oriented * Coachable, self-motivated, and hungry to grow * Comfortable with light tech (CRM, forms--we'll train you) * Loves dogs or helping dog owners * Available 3-4 days/week (including one weekend day) Why This Role Rocks: * All inbound leads--no cold calling * You're part of a mission-driven company * You'll be trained directly by the owner * Every sale you close makes a real difference for a dog and their family * Future opportunities to grow with us as we expand To Apply: Submit your resume and include a short message telling us why you think you'd thrive in this role.
