Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating their own leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales for roofing and solar projects. We offer a 40-50% Profit Margin Split. That's well over the typical 10%! (We are very transparent, no hidden office fees. You have access to all costs associated with each job.) We offer on the job training and will help you succeed. Our sales manager is HAG certified & has many years in this industry, will train you into a successful sales representative. If you don't make money we won't make money so you won't be set up for failure with us. Bonuses are not limited. We have many bonuses that will not disappoint & are always achievable. Daily, weekly, monthly contests. Hard work here is heavily rewarded! EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED.
