Sonoran Plumbing Supply Company, LLC , located in Phoenix, AZ, is looking for a driven and personable full-time Counter Sales Lead to become the welcoming face and operational backbone of our front counter. Your day starts with refreshing product displays to ensure everything looks sharp and strategically placed for maximum visibility. You keep the counter area and overstock inventory clearly labeled and organized so your teammates and customers can find what they need in a flash. You're the first friendly face to greet customers as they walk in, ready to listen, understand their needs, and connect them with the right solutions through the proper internal channels. You're also the go-to expert behind the counter, handling everything from sales orders and will-call requests to customer pick-ups and returns with confidence and professionalism. Throughout the day, you keep a pulse on customer buying trends and communicate those insights to the team, helping shape product offerings and drive smarter sales decisions. * YOUR HOURS Enjoy a stable Monday-Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with varying shifts. * REQUIREMENTS * High school diploma or equivalency * 2+ years of related experience * Previous sales experience * Experience with team leadership and personnel management * Knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) * Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude * Cross-functional agility, attention to detail, and strong communication skills * Bilingual in Spanish * Ability to communicate complex situations clearly and simply * Ability to facilitate collaboration * Ability to perform work independently and under direct supervision * Ability and drive to assist team members Preferred qualifications: * Plumbing retail/wholesale experience * A bachelor's degree * Experience using an inventory management system (QuickBooks, Eclipse, Savance, etc.) * Experience with material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, hand dolly, etc) * OUR MISSION We are a dynamic and growing company that specializes in providing top-quality plumbing materials and excellent service to our customers.
