We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager who thrives on problem-solving, takes initiative, and embraces a white-glove hospitality approach. SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Business Development Manager is responsible for major projects and generating sales revenue growth for the business. In this role you will focus on strengthening existing customer relationships, while identifying and establishing new customers across the Denver Metro area. This role has flexibility with work location but there will be frequent travel to customers to develop strategic business relationships and providing modular building solutions for their respective project, industry or geography. General Responsibilities: * Develop a proactive pipeline for identifying, reaching, and engaging key contacts at target companies. * Participate in formal and informal evaluation of partner opportunities, including RFPs, integration into existing partnerships, new strategic opportunities, etc. * Understand and being able to communicate the company goals, vision, and product strategy. * Collaborate with internal support teams and business partners to cumulate and shape relevant development content showcasing FNBO's set of marketing tools, digital functionality and integration and customer solutions that would appeal to prospective partners. * Develop top notch presentations, proposals, and pitches that are innovative. * Work with business team to onboard new partner relationships transitioning them into relationship management help facilitate the new partner onboarding process including ensuring completion of training and documentation * Maintain a knowledge and understanding of the competitive environment and recommend changes to strategy to ensure competitiveness in the industry. * Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities * Meet and exceed established sales targets & KPI's Day-to-Day Duties: * Work with finance to develop pricing and proposals for RFPs. * Work closely with Product and Business team to develop valuable products, pricing, and customer experiences for each program. * Call on key contacts and source new leads. * Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry specific venues to enhance the pipeline. * Work with legal and compliance to execute agreements and meet all compliance program requirements of the bank. * Stay attuned to emerging technologies and competitors to ensure our competitive edge. Basic Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience in sales or account management * Bachelor's degree preferred * Building relationships internally and externally; prospecting new partners, building pipeline of new business * Ability to collaborate across teams * Excellent written and verbal communication is a must * Best in class presentation skills * Knowledge of P&L statements * Collaboration is key. This role will be required to work with many different areas within our matrixed organization so success is dependent on being able to navigate those relationships. * Proven track record of sound decision making * Outstanding strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to innovate, think out-of-the-box, and to problem solve. * Must have working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc. Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday, occassional weekends Compensation: * Salary Range-Base salary $55-60k per year * Commission pay/Bonus pay New Wave Security Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
