DentistOffices.com is on a mission to help dental practices grow, and we're looking for a Customer Success & Sales Manager who can build strong relationships with providers while driving meaningful sales conversations. If you're personable, organized, and love seeing your efforts turn into real business growth for both you and our clients this role is for you. What You 'll Do: * Serve as the main point of contact for dental practices on our platform * Handle onboarding calls, relationship check-ins, and ongoing support * Proactively identify upsell opportunities and present our premium services * Manage a portfolio of practices and ensure they're getting value from our platform * Collaborate with our internal team to ensure all provider requests and needs are addressed quickly * Maintain accurate notes in our CRM and ensure timely follow-up What We 're Looking For: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Background in customer success, account management, or consultative sales * Organized, self-motivated, and responsive * Strong cold calling skills or experience in doing so * Comfortable explaining service benefits and closing sales in a low-pressure, relationship-first way * Bonus: understanding of dental marketing, local SEO, or experience working with healthcare providers * Minimum of 1 year experience in outbound sales/customer success or a similar role Job Type: Full-time Pay: $42,333.28 - $71,445.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Opportunities for advancement * Paid time off * Work from home Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Hourly pay Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: Hybrid remote in Buffalo, NY 14225
