Responsibilities * Manage and oversee property sales from initiation to closing. * Conduct market analysis to determine competitive pricing strategies. * Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and answering questions throughout the selling process. * Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve optimal outcomes. * Utilize customer service skills to build strong relationships with clients and address their concerns promptly. * Prepare marketing materials and coordinate property showings to attract potential buyers. * Stay informed about current real estate trends and local market conditions. * Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
