Overview and Essential Position Responsibilities: The AT&T Sales Representative role provides you with the opportunity to master product knowledge and refine your sales techniques through relationship building and customer experience. As a company, we have introduced technology services that have revolutionized our customers' lives and this comes from the support of our AT&T Sales Representativemembers. The AT&T Sales Representative role is also responsible for leading and managing customer-facing teams, driving customer satisfaction, maximizing customer retention and implementing sales strategies effective to expand our client's consumer base. AT &T Sales Representative Responsibilities: * Create and maintain customized high-quality service presentations to businesses by actively engaging with them and listening to their product and service requests * Be an expert on all product and service offerings * Assist in the complete sales order for all businesses and customers to ensure they have a superior experience with our client and the service they are receiving; this includes and is not limited too placing the sales order, entering the customers contact and confidential information, tracking the product delivery and/or the complete installation of service * Addressing and overcoming customer inquiries and questions with thoughtful solutions, leveraging your product knowledge to close sales effectively * Accurately tracking and documenting all sales activity, customer interactions, referrals, and outcomes into the CRM system which allows for regular performance reports to management and improvement opportunities * Consistently striving to meet and exceed client targets, contributing to the overall success of the company AT &T Sales Representative Qualifications: * Experience in a customer service, sales, customer success, or equivalent roles * Experience collaborating with a product team * Active listening and communication skills * Proficiency with customer acquisition tools, to track strategic reports * Exceptional relationship management skills with proven experience expanding customer base * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adjusting to changing priorities and customer needs while maintaining a positive attitude * Capacity to prioritize client and customer matters making sound and timely decisions Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In personHTown Business Solutions
