Become the newest member of our exciting team at Storage Rentals of America (SROA) as we redefine self-storage! Duties and Responsibilities * Manage inbound calls promptly, collecting information and entering it into the system. * Ensure a smooth rental/reservation process for potential customers. * Be knowledgeable on processes and policies to create a successful interaction with current or future customers. * Full understanding of the billing process and be able to process payments. * Ability to provide excellent customer service. Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED. * 1- 3 years of customer service experience in a Call Center environment preferred or customer sales-oriented position such as retail sales, restaurant, front desk, hotel, car rental, or other hospitality roles. * Type 30 WPM or more * Have a professional phone manner & ability to work independently. * Maintain customer satisfaction. * Demonstrate patience and professionalism. * Ability to use tact and diplomacy to maintain harmonious relationships with customers in person and over the phone. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus. * The job requires a person to work weekends and holidays as needed.
