We are currently looking for people who are educated in the sales and roofing industry and would like to join a great team! This is different as we offer both roofing AND roof protectant opportunities. Outside Sales Associates can make over $100k+ per year! We need motivated and experienced roofing sales professionals to help residential home owners fix their roofs after catastrophic storms, such as hail, and set up complimentary inspections to see if they qualify for their insurance claim. In most cases, they do, which makes your close that much easier! This is PRIME TIME for roofing sales associates due to all of the Spring and Summer weather we are experiencing. PLUS We have added on Gonano Roof Protectant to our offerings. Gonano is the first proven and tested nanotechnology for shingles that gives an average of 10 to 15 additional years with 1 application. Our technology saves homeowners $5,000-$10,000 on their roof maintenance, while increasing hailstorm/great winds resistance, cleaning algae, improving color and much more. This means that you can get an add-on sale of Gonano to a re-roof you just sold OR if the home owner cannot afford a new roof, you are able to pitch Gonano as an alternate option! Its a win-win for all. How are we different? Unlike most roofing companies, we have low overhead which means we can pay higher commissions to our reps. You also will be dealing directly with the owner, who is easy to communicate and work with and always available for your needs. A small family business vibe with HIGH earning potential! What You Will Be Doing: * Acquiring new roof accounts using a combination of leads, cold calling, referrals, and word-of-mouth. * Gonano leads will be fed to you weekly! * Setting up complimentary property inspections to determine insurance claim qualification. * Meeting with insurance adjusters on properties to get the agreed scope of work and ascertaining the size of the claim. * Travel in areas that were recently affected by storms in your area locally and on occasion throughout the state. * Our Sales Associates earn great incomes helping property owners qualify for insurance proceeds and really enjoy helping their communities rebuild! * 10% commissions for Gonano sales and up to 50% sales for roofing commissions What You Need for this Position: * Past roofing sales experience is a MUST. * Enjoy meeting and helping new people. * Great attitude and high level of energy * Work your own hours/work your own schedule. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Strong time management and organization skills * Must have your own vehicle. * Able to work some evenings and Saturdays.
