About the Role

: As an Auto Sales Representative with Drive Now Automotive in Phoenix, you will play a crucial role in facilitating vehicle sales through our Buy Here Pay Here program. Your primary objective will be to assist customers in finding the right vehicle that meets their needs while providing them with flexible financing options. This position requires a deep understanding of our inventory and financing options to effectively communicate the benefits to potential buyers. Mid entry level position, some customer service experience is required. If you want to learn the automotive sales industry and have the drive, we have a dedicated team willing to train the right candidate.

Minimum Qualifications

:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A communication device
• Valid driver license

Preferred Qualifications

:

• Experience with Buy Here Pay Here financing models.
• Knowledge of automotive sales processes and regulations.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

:

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and financial capabilities.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits.
• Assist customers in completing financing applications and explain payment options.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, and financing programs.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
