Overview

We're seeking a dependable and motivated Real Estate Field Assistant to join our team full-time. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys being on the move and takes pride in delivering quality support. You'll be our on-the- ground presence--handling showings, photographing units, and assisting with day-to-day fieldwork across various properties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property showings for prospective tenants
• Take high-quality photos of units for listings
• Perform regular property checks and inspections
• Install and manage lockboxes and signage
• Coordinate access with vendors, tenants, and clients
• Deliver documents or keys between locations as needed
• Post Notices for all departments

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean DMV record (mandatory)
• Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel locally
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Professional demeanor and customer service mindset
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Previous real estate, leasing, or fieldwork experience is a plus (but not required)
