Global Wall Panel Group is a leader in the construction industry, specializing in architectural wall and roof cladding solutions. Our mission is to design, build, and install beautiful solutions for our Architect, Owner, and General Contractor customers. We are looking for a dedicated Salesman/Estimator to join our team, someone who thrives under pressure, excels in time management, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills. This role involves analyzing, quantifying, and anticipating the materials, labor, and equipment needed for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and organization while managing multiple projects. Responsibilities * Lead customer qualification efforts during business development and preconstruction phases. * Identify and capture accurate scope of work by reviewing specifications, addendums, and architectural plans. * Collaborate with the operations team to review plans and specifications. * Coordinate with suppliers for material and lift equipment quotes and maintain price lists. * Create detailed financial estimates, ensuring accuracy in labor rates and material quotes. * Develop and submit final proposals to customers, qualifying their needs. * Follow up with potential customers until the prospective job is won or lost, documenting all communications in SalesForce. Qualifications * Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in metal roofing and metal cladding. * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in Bluebeam and other estimating software. Compensation Salary Range: $65,000 - $115,000 (Depending on demonstrated experience and accomplishments) Includes commissions and bonuses.
