Job Responsibilities * Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop product technical specifications accordingly. * Present product demonstrations and technical solutions to potential customers. * Provide technical support to customers during the sales process and answer any customer inquiries. * Familiar with data interface documents and regular databases, with previous experience in debugging and testing parameters. * Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the product development team. * Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market dynamics in a timely manner. * Flexible working hours support the needs of European and American customers to ensure the high-quality delivery of customer products. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related majors, with coding experience preferred. * At least 2 years of experience in a SaaS demo/ sales engineering or or similar technical sales positions, preferably in the financial software industry. * Strong understanding of AI applications in finance and the SaaS solutions. * Exceptional presentation and communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. * Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage diverse audiences. * Strong analytical skills with a customer-centric approach. * Proficiency in CRM software and demo tools.
