Summary As a Insurance Sales Associate at CSC Agency LLC, you will be instrumental in driving sales and delivering exceptional insurance solutions to our clients. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. * Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth. * Present and sell insurance products to individuals and businesses, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs. * Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency. * Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitive products to effectively advise clients. Qualifications * Proven experience in insurance sales or outside sales is essential. * Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively. * Personal Lines and/or Commercial Lines Insurance sales experience preferred * Idaho Property and Casualty Insurance Producers licensed before hire, preferred * If not licensed, applicant must be able to acquire an Idaho Property and Casualty Insurance Producers License required within 30-day's of start date AND Life Insurance Producer License preferred within 60-day's of hire date (Reimbursement for licensing negotiable). * Demonstrated negotiation skills and a results-oriented approach. * Self Starter mentality, must have strong skill for seeking new business. * Familiarity with market analysis and sales administration processes is beneficial. * Experience in telemarketing or retail sales is a plus but not required. * Knowledge of benefits administration is advantageous but not mandatory.
