What You'll OwnSales & Membership Growth * Make 50+ outbound calls daily to reconnect with leads, welcome new prospects, and fill the schedule with intro sessions. * Lead engaging studio tours and first-time experiences that show the power of stretching firsthand. * Close memberships and packages by focusing on value, outcomes, and building trust--not discounts. * Confidently overcome objections with professionalism and positivity, ensuring guests feel heard and supported. * Recommend retail products and upgrades that help clients meet their movement and recovery goals. Client Experience & Studio Operations * Create a warm, welcoming environment that makes every client feel like part of the StretchLab family. * Handle multiple priorities at once--checking in guests , answering phones , booking sessions , and assisting wherever needed. * Jump in to solve studio needs --whether it's troubleshooting a tech issue or supporting a Flexologist running behind. * Maintain an organized, clean, and client-ready front desk and lobby space. * Master our CRM system (ClubReady or similar) to track leads, book appointments, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Community & Marketing Support * Get involved with local outreach, social media content , and studio events to drive new traffic and spread the StretchLab mission. * Proudly represent StretchLab Westminster with energy and passion both inside and outside of the studio. Who You Are * You have sales experience in a fitness, wellness, hospitality, or service-based role (studio, spa, salon, etc.). * You're comfortable making outbound calls , handling objections, and following a structured sales process. * You're goal-driven , organized, and excited by hitting (and exceeding) sales targets. * You're a natural relationship builder who can make first-timers feel like lifelong friends. * You're proactive , solution-oriented, and take ownership of your results. * You're available for a flexible part-time schedule that includes at least one weekend day (20-25 hours/week). * You live locally or have a reliable commute to our Westminster studio. * You love performance incentives and are motivated by commission-based earnings.
